Clinton Bailey (pseudonym) has written a manuscript analysing the Mr Cruel crimes. This manuscript was originally written in 2014 and has been updated several times. He has provided the manuscript to the Victoria Police. It has not been published previously on the internet. Clinton has given me permission to publish sections of it here.

Has anyone drawn a correlation between electricity substations and where one of the Mr Cruel main suspects (the uni lecturer) once worked in his early days….being Yallourn High.
Yallourn, Victoria was a company town in Victoria, Australia built between the 1920s and 1950s to house employees of the State Electricity Commission of Victoria, who operated the nearby Yallourn Power Station complex.
It would be interesting to follow up if there are any similar unsolved cases involving children which occured in Yallourn at the time of the suspect living there.
