Clinton Bailey (pseudonym) has written a manuscript analysing the Mr Cruel crimes. This manuscript was originally written in 2014 and has been updated several times. He has provided the manuscript to the Victoria Police. It has not been published previously on the internet. Clinton has given me permission to publish sections of it here. Mr Cruel – The offender and industrial relations is but one of the chapters in this manuscript.
We would like to thank Chrstian Bennett for his contributions to the ongoing research that is conducted in an attempt to determine who Karmein Chan’s murderer was. He has put in thousands of hours of research in order that one day, this man might be brought to justice. We look forward to continuing the dialogue with Christian in the future.
